“Solution for illegal migration…”

I am of the opinion that spurious and dictatorial governments, such as those of Venezuela or Nicaragua, should be overthrown by the force of an international body such as the UN, based on a new legislative framework that shapes international judgments that prevent bad governments from allowing the control of organized crime, encouraging drug trafficking or exploiting and/or expelling their citizens generating problems to other nations.

The legal principle for intervention is clear; no nation has the right to generate problems for its neighbor by expelling its citizens, exporting drugs or sending criminals disguised as migrants.

In Germany, in the community of Solingen, a fanatical Islamist migrant murdered three people allegedly for supporting Israel in the genocide in Palestine. In England, the streets are a battleground between citizens and Muslim migrants who invade streets and communities, and in London 54% of the population is not English. In Sweden, crime has grown exponentially from ghettos, a high percentage of criminals and gangs are illegal migrants. In Denmark they are closing borders because the gangs of migrant criminals from Sweden are infiltrating, while in Hungary, with a zero entry of illegal migrants thanks to the restrictive policies of Prime Minister Viktor Orban, which include closing borders and considering illegal entry a crime, they do not have problems with migrants, their problems are with the European Union that through economic sanctions wants to impose migrant quotas on all EU countries, in a clear violation of sovereignty, under the false pretext of the human right to migrate and the advantages of multicultural societies.

In Holland, they are not different and are also closing borders and imposing mandatory integration policies, such as prohibiting Islamic women from covering their faces. In Amsterdam, 56% of the population is already migrant, in The Haya 58% is migrant, in Rotterdam, 60% is; there is no doubt, there is a de facto replacement of European citizens by migrants with less education, with a culture that does away with national identity and who profess a religion that expands and openly clashes with European Christianity; I believe, with the malicious intention of having a world control through supranational organizations such as the European Union and NATO; and thus do away with national states.

In America the same things are happening, illegal migration to Mexico and the USA is overflowing, Central Americans, South Americans, Chinese, Africans, Haitians, etc., with the complacency and complicity of the United States government, with the complacency and complicity of the Mexican authorities, they use Mexico as a doormat, although the effects are different, here there is no clash of religions, what we have is a problem of delinquency and invasion of streets and towns that generate dirt and misery with people whose intention is to “cross” illegally to the United States, where the entry of illegal immigrants during the Biden administration is already estimated in more than 15 million, with a terrible aggravating factor: the deaths caused by drug smuggling from Mexico, China, Central and South America are counted in the tens of thousands, which also generates a costly public health problem that the Democrats have fostered with a veiled policy of “open borders” and a political strategy of allowing illegal migrants to vote in order to gain electoral advantage over the Republicans. What in Europe is a cultural and religious problem, in Mexico is a security problem and in the USA is an economic and national identity problem… Now let’s talk about proposals:

I start from premises that I consider fundamental: 1.- The concept of sovereign nation and territory must be an inviolable pillar of international legislation; within a new regulatory framework that redefines the concept of national sovereignty and its scope, rights and obligations. 2.- The primary responsibility of any government is to look after the interests of its citizens, not those of foreigners. 3.- Natural resources are finite, so the larger the population, the fewer the resources; therefore, each nation must orient the use of its resources to the welfare and progress of its population. 4.- The larger the population (particularly if they have no education or trade), the higher the social and economic costs, which should not be absorbed by productive citizens (He who does not work, let him not eat; St. Paul). 5.- Any migrant community, with different education and culture, will naturally bring conflicts and social frictions and will form ghettos. This will become exponential if there is an additional clash of religions or civilizations. 6.- People without work and without education and/or technical skills, are cannon fodder and input to feed organized crime and a model of modern slavery under the concept of subordinate labor, which is avoided by preventing their entry, 7.- The needs of exploited or marginalized populations in their countries of origin, gives life to a crime dedicated to human trafficking that profits from human pain and need, which would end, yes, fighting this type of crime, but also and complementarily preventing the entry of illegal migrants, 8.- Human reproduction must be associated with the capacity to maintain and educate children and this is the responsibility of each couple, of each family and obviously, each government must design its strategy and develop laws and public policies in this regard. And 9.- One hundred or one thousand migrants is migration, one hundred thousand or more is invasion…. In other words, between the conflict of two virtues, mercy and justice, I reiterate, I am inclined towards justice and for each one to be responsible for his circumstance, therefore, welcome in reasonable numbers migrants who can contribute something and who enter after covering the requirements and an evaluation that guarantees that they will not be a social or economic burden; those who try to enter illegally, first, should not enter (each adult human being is responsible for his circumstance) and second, if he entered illegally, he should be expelled…

There is no lack of reasons for many of those who today seek to enter other countries illegally, some legal, some illegal, some justified, others invented, which in no case is the responsibility of other societies or other governments.

Conclusions: 1.- The problems of each society or country must be solved in each country and are not a justification to migrate illegally to other nations. 2.- A new legal framework must be built that allows the international community to intervene to remove dictatorial governments, infiltrated by organized crime, drug exporters or exploiters of their peoples and 3.- Each nation, in a free and sovereign manner will decide the legal framework and regulations for foreigners to enter its territory, as well as the forms and actions they will take to prevent illegal migration… In other words, under the concept of sovereignty, there is no human right to migrate without complying with laws, requirements and regulations of the destination country; I make my own the words of Viktor Orban, Prime Minister of Hungary, I quote: “Borders are just that, borders and must be respected, as well as the laws that the country sets as a requirement for entry and coexistence and there is no human right to violate them, whoever enters illegally commits a crime and is considered a criminal. “… It is as simple as that.

Greetings and a reflection.
